of a Christian's life. Each session includes three sets of goals
for developing faith: faith nurture, faith knowledge, and faith
modeling.

telling them, and share personal experiences of faith.

The Bible forms the basis of LiFE at every age:
—Preschool and Kindergarten--familiar stories are grouped around
simple themes.
—Grades 1-4--LiFE walks through the Old and New Testaments
in sequence from Genesis through Acts
—Grades 5-6--God's story is paired with the confessions of
the Reformed and Presbyterian traditions.

LiFE Touches the Mind and Heart
LiFE offers many opportunities for wondering, imagining, and responding
to God together.

Leaders Are Set Up to Succeed
User-friendly leader's guides include session goals,
session-at-a-glance chart, helpful background notes, step-by-step
instructions for leading the session, teacher tips, and plenty of
options. A separate leader's kit provides visual helps, patterns,
and a cassette of songs and stories.

Kids Won't Be Able to Put It Down
LiFE
privides bright, colorful materials for children at all grade levels.
Varied formats include take-home cards; papers; a children's book;
and a magazine offering ways for children to more fully explore
and apply God's stories.

Music Is In Harmony with Content
Each
quarter of LiFE includes music and a cassette recording of songs
and stories.

LiFE Is a Family Affair
LiFE
provides materials that inform families of each quarter's goals,
content outline, and memory work.

LiFE Doesn't Play Favorites
LiFE
invites all children to respond to God--regardless of church experience,
ethnic or cultural background, or academic skills. Each session
has been reviewed by a panel of individuals from diverse ethnic
and cultural backgrounds.

LiFE Comes in "Plus" Sizes
LiFE
offers two full years of materials divided into four quarters per
year. LiFE Plus is especially attractive for a midweek program or
summer church school. It includes an expanded leader's kit and a
variety of suggestions for "hands-on" learning activities.
